3. What we sell

Services for companies, sole traders and creators: web design and development; SaaS product development; audience monetisation for creators, including digital products, memberships and subscriptions; and AI automations of business processes.

There are no off-the-shelf products to buy on the site and nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is digital or performed as a service, to the timeline in the quote.

4. How we price work

Work is priced per project, on a written quote you receive before work starts. The quote states the scope, the price, the currency and the timeline. Some work runs as a monthly engagement at a fixed monthly price.

• Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD). The currency is always shown next to the amount.
• We issue an invoice before payment.
• Payment is by card through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see or store card details.
• Prices exclude tax unless the quote says otherwise; any tax is shown on the invoice.

5. Restrictions

We do not work on anything prohibited by law, by card network rules or by Stripe's list of prohibited and restricted businesses. That includes adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs and financial schemes. When we build a creator's store or membership, it runs on the creator's own payment account; we do not collect payments on behalf of creators.

We serve clients in the United States, the European Union and other countries, as far as US sanctions and export rules allow, including the rules enforced by OFAC.
