Accessibility Statement
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA. This page says what we checked and where we know it falls short.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Our commitment
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard without a mouse, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA — the level generally expected in claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
2. What we have checked
- Text contrast: calculated for every piece of text on the page, on every surface; all of it passes AA.
- Keyboard use: everything clickable can also be reached by keyboard, and focus is clearly visible as a white or black outline, depending on the surface.
- A “Skip to content” shortcut at the start of the page, for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Heading structure and page landmarks, so a screen reader can jump through the content.
- The contact form: every field has a label, errors appear immediately and are announced by screen readers.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting: every animation is switched off and the moving metal at the top becomes a still image.
- The site remains readable with JavaScript turned off.
- No horizontal page scrolling at 375, 1024 and 1440 pixels wide.
- Images and graphics carry a text description or are marked as decorative.
- The page language is declared in the code, so screen readers pick the right pronunciation.
3. Known limitations
- The site has not been audited by an independent accessibility organisation; everything above is our own testing.
- We have not tested every combination of screen reader and browser.
- Montenegrin is declared with the language code “cnr”, which some screen readers do not recognise, so they may fall back to their default voice.
- Wider tables on the legal pages scroll horizontally inside their own frame on small screens.
- The contact form works without JavaScript too; if it ever fails, the email address below always works.
4. If you hit a barrier
Tell us and we will fix it. Say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you were using (browser, screen reader, device).
- Email: [email protected]
We reply within 5 working days. If something is out of reach for you, we will send it in another format.
5. What this statement is based on
It rests on our own review of the site during the build, including contrast measurements and keyboard testing. The date of the last review is at the top of this page.
